College & Young People’s Daily Pursuit

2Tim 2:22: … pursue righteousness, faith, love, peace with those who call on the Lord out of a pure heart.

pur·suit

(noun)
1. The action of following or pursuing someone or something.
2. An activity of a specified kind, especially a recreational or athletic one.

The Bible charges us to pursue together with those who call on the Lord out of a pure heart. To pursue is not to passively receive some information or simply to follow a program. To pursue is to have an attitude of aggressively wanting to gain, to learn and to grow. We pursue the Lord together, to gain Him as  our life, our Person and our salvation.

In addition, we want to pursue the truth. By seeking, inquiring, praying and studying together, to “apprehend with all the saints” the vast salvation that God has prepared for us.

Although there is only a little bit of material for each day, it is important to get into the material daily and not save it up for the end of the week.
