Jeremiah part 11

A Word concerning Israel’s History (continued)

Morning revival verses

Day 1 / Monday

Jeremiah 1:5-8 Before I formed you in the womb, I knew you; / And before you came forth from the womb, I sanctified you. / I have appointed you as a prophet to the nations. 6 Then I said, Alas, Lord Jehovah! / Indeed, I do not know how to speak, / For I am a youth. 7 But Jehovah said to me, / Do not say, I am a youth; / For everywhere I send you, you shall go; / And everything I command you, you shall speak. 8 Do not be afraid of their faces, / For I am with you to deliver you, declares Jehovah.

Jeremiah 1:19 And they will fight against you, but they will not prevail against you; for I am with you, declares Jehovah, to deliver you.

Day 2 / Tuesday

Jeremiah 37:15-17 And the princes were angry with Jeremiah and struck him and put him in prison, in the house of Jonathan the scribe; for they had made it into a prison. 16 When Jeremiah came to the dungeon and to the cells, Jeremiah remained there many days. 17 Then Jeremiah said to Zedekiah, Thus says Jehovah the God of hosts, the God of Israel, If you will indeed surrender to the princes of the king of Babylon, you will live, and this city will not be burned with fire, and you and your house will live.

Jeremiah 38:18 But if you do not surrender to the princes of the king of Babylon, this city will be given into the hand of the Chaldeans, and they will burn it with fire, and you will not escape out of their hand.

Day 3 / Wednesday

Jeremiah 39:11-12 And Nebuchadrezzar the king of Babylon commanded concerning Jeremiah through Nebuzaradan the captain of the bodyguard, saying, 12 Take him and look after him, and do no evil to him, but deal with him just as he tells you.

Jeremiah 40:4 And now I release you today from the chains which are on your hands. If it is good in your sight to come to Babylon with me, come, and I will look after you; but if it is evil in your sight to come with me to Babylon, let it be so. See, all the land is before you; wherever it is good and right in your sight to go, there go.
